T.J. Maxx

T.J. Maxx is one of the largest discount clothing and accessories stores in the retail industry. Lippolis Electric completed the T.J. Maxx in Glendale, New York in 2014. This project required extensive work on the service distribution, lighting layouts, lighting controls, HVAC wiring  and fire alarm systems.

This project also included the following: primary service distribution, a  medium-voltage feeder, mechanical systems power, temporary lighting & power, BMS wiring, fire alarm system, lighting fixture packages and lighting controls. We are proud to have a part in optimizing this popular retail space for customer comfort, convenience and safety.

Ray-Ban®

Ray-Ban is one of the leaders in the sunglass retail space.  Ray-Ban at The Shops and Restaurants located at Hudson Yards, New York is one of their latest locations.  Lippolis Electric, Inc worked with one of the area’s leading contractors to build out this 1,700 square foot space with an aggressive schedule. The electrical installation included electrical service distribution, wiring for power and lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, HVAC wiring, network cabling, AV wiring and a Fire Alarm system. Our team worked closely with the general contractor as well as the owners design team to successfully complete the project on time and within budget.

Ulta Beauty

As one of the nation’s leading beauty retailers, Ulta Beauty requires unique electrical layouts and coordination for its larger stores. Lippolis Electric completed this Ulta Beauty project in Dobbs Ferry, New York, in 2018. This particular project was a Retail build-out that included detailed coordination for the store’s electrical and lighting systems that enhanced the customer experience while the new fire alarm system provided for a safer shopping space.

For this project, Lippolis Electric handled the general wiring, light fixtures, emergency lighting, coordination of wiring for low voltage systems, turn-key fire alarm system and wiring for all of the mechanical systems. Our team worked closely with a general contractor to ensure we met all specifications and that the store was ready to open by the deadline.
