During this time, we’ve implemented strong and effective safety practices that keep our customers coming back. The Lippolis team takes the risks associated with faulty electrical work seriously, and our track record proves it.

Our safety programs are tailored to the OSHA requirements and the unique needs of each project. We are proud to be recognized as the first electrical contracting company in Westchester to require all employees that work on the job sites to have an OSHA 30 certification.

What WE Do to Keep Our Employees Safe

• Accountability from the Safety Team for the safety performance of our employees on job sites
• Weekly Tool Box Talk meetings that provide updates on safety guidelines
• New employee safety orientation training
• New York City Site Safety training
• Periodic in-house safety training
• NFPA 70E and Arc Flash training
• Monthly Safety Committee meetings to review safety strategies that will help keep our employees safe on the job sites
