Embassy Suites
The Embassy Suites in Berkley Heights, New Jersey, features a beautiful multi-level hotel, restaurant, and event center just off of Interstate 78. Lippolis Electric installed medium-voltage feeders in the Embassy Suites. Completed in September 2019, this project consisted of installing a lighting package complete with light fixture controls, a temporary lighting and power system, and mechanical systems power. This electrical infrastructure keeps this beautiful property running at full capacity, ensuring that all 176 guest rooms, along with dining and event spaces, remain safe and fully functional.
Hampton Inn Yonkers
The Hampton Inn in Yonkers, New York, offers 150 guest rooms along with almost 1,000 square feet of event space. Implementing design and as-built drawings, Lippolis Electric performed engineering services, service distribution and various critical infrastructure services. By October 2017, we installed medium-voltage feeders, mechanical systems power, light fixture packages, lighting controls, appliance wiring, fire alarms and other essential components.
Residence Inn Marriott
In November 2017, Lippolis Electric undertook the Residence Inn Marriott project in White Plains, New York, which consisted of light fixture renovations. This 16-floor hotel with 135 suites required installation of temporary lighting and power, mechanical systems power, battery management system (BMS) wiring, appliance wiring and a fire alarm system. To make sure these features were properly implemented, we also performed selective demolition on-site.
