Red Rooster

The Red Rooster is more than your typical hamburger joint.  In 2019, we completed a large expansion to the existing space allowing customers an indoor dining experience as well as a large outdoor deck to enjoy that meal or ice cream cone on.  Lippolis Electric, Inc worked closely with the owner, architect and general contractor on this design build project.   The electrical installation included three-phase underground electrical service distribution, wiring for power and lighting, custom light fixtures, emergency lighting, Lutron lighting control system, site lighting, HVAC wiring, network cabling, AV wiring and a Security & Fire Alarm system. Our team has been servicing this location for over 20 years.   

The National 

The National Restaurant at the Benjamin Hotel in located in midtown Manhattan is a New York City Landmark and a fitting complement to the restaurant’s refined style, café culture, and eclectic interior design. Lippolis completed this project in 2015 which included a complete renovating the restaurant’s electrical systems and lighting. This project included service distribution and medium-voltage feeders, kitchen equipment wiring, temporary lighting and power, mechanical systems power, and lighting systems and lighting controls. We made sure that this elegant restaurant can perform essential operations on backup power systems even during power outages. 

McKinney & Doyle

Located about 90 minutes north of Manhattan, this restaurant and bakery should be on everyone’s bucket list to visit.  When the space next door to the existing restaurant became available McKinney & Doyle made the decision to expand their restaurant and a new bar and additional seating.  Our team worked directly with the owner and their contractors on this design build project.   The electrical installation included wiring for power and lighting, custom light fixtures, emergency lighting, dimmers, appliance and refrigeration wiring, HVAC wiring, network cabling, AV wiring and a Distributed Audio System. Our team continues to service this location today.
