Rockefeller Center — 600 5th Ave Coworking Space

Located in the heart of NYC, this luxury office space provides several office options and plenty of amenities. Lippolis Electric, Inc. was called by the owners to help complete a project with a rapidly approaching deadline. Our primary focus was to complete the lighting installation and a large Lutron Vive lighting control system. All work was completed on the weekends and nights to avoid inconveniencing the existing tenants.  

The electrical installation included wiring for power and lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, 0-10-volt LED dimming, and power wiring for appliances. Our team worked closely with the general contractor and the owner’s team to complete the project.  

Bronx District Attorney

One of our most recent office fit-outs was on behalf of the Bronx DA — one of many legal offices our team has completed. The Bronx DA project in Bronx, New York, was completed in April 2020. For this project, Lippolis Electric focused on improving office lighting setups and implementing reliable backup power systems in the office.

We installed electrical switchgear, medium-voltage feeders, temporary lighting and power systems, mechanical systems power, a fire alarm system, and lighting. This project ensured that the Bronx DA had optimal electrical systems and backup power sources before occupants returned.

Jetro

Lippolis Electric completed the Jetro College Point project in May 2020. The Whitestone, New York, facility serves as Jetro’s new Northeast headquarters. Our team provided office fit-out services for Jetro Restaurant Depot, a popular spot for wholesale foods. 

We installed emergency power sources, automatic transfer switches, medium-voltage feeders, a fire alarm system, a light fixture package, lighting controls, and lighting throughout the project.

ANC Sports

We completed this unique electrical fit-out project for the ANC Sports Enterprises, LLC office in Purchase, New York, in 2017. The fit-out included an intricate plan for this sports marketing and signage company’s office space.
