Aldi

Aldi is a global discount supermarket chain.  Aldi, Central Valley, New York is one of their latest locations that we completed in 2019.  This 26,400 sq. ft. space included electrical service distribution, wiring for power and lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, HVAC wiring, network cabling, AV wiring and a Fire Alarm system. Our team worked closely with the general contractor as well as Aldi’s construction team to successfully complete the project on time and within budget.  

ShopRite

In November 2018, Lippolis Electric completed the electrical infrastructure and wiring for the new 65,000 sq. ft. ShopRite at Cortlandt Crossing in Mohegan Lake, New York.  This supermarket included primary and secondary electrical service, service panel distribution, back-up power distribution, mechanical systems wiring, refrigeration wiring, appliance wiring, HVAC wiring, BMS wiring, security system wiring, Fire Alarm System, interior and exterior lighting fixtures, lighting control system

CVS Pharmacy New Rochelle

The CVS in New Rochelle, New York is a 14,000 sq. ft. space this is scheduled to be completed in July 2020.  This project is a ground-up fit-out that includes underground electrical infrastructure, switchgear, temporary power and lighting during construction, general wiring for power, HVAC wiring, BMS wiring, low voltage infrastructure for network, phone and AV, light fixture package and lighting controls.
