Queens Plaza Residential Development Tower B1

The Queens Plaza Residential Development Tower B1 is part of a beautiful new residential area in Queens, New York, that consists of three towers. Lippolis Electric partnered with a general contractor in the area to provide the electrical infrastructure for this project. 

Completed in October 2018, the 57-story QPRD B1 tower received medium-voltage feeders, service distribution, medium-voltage configurations, switchgear, automatic transfer switches, temporary lighting and power, mechanical systems power, lighting configurations, a fire alarm system, appliance wiring, and lightning protection.

145 Street

Located in Brooklyn, New York, this mixed-use development includes retail space, affordable housing, and luxury condominiums. Working with a general contractor, Lippolis Electric completed the 1 million square foot project in June 2020. This job involved outfitting the 40-story luxury condominium with various electrical components.

Lippolis Electric performed numerous services on this facility, which included medium-voltage feeders, service distribution components, switchgear installation, an updated bus duct system, automated transfer switches, emergency power, cogen wiring, a new fire alarm system, mechanical systems power, temporary lighting and power, lighting configurations, a closed-circuit television (CCTV), audio/visual components, lightning protection, an access control system, an auxiliary radio communication system (ARCS).

Larkin Plaza

In June 2020, Lippolis Electric completed electrical work for the Larkin Plaza located on the waterfront of Yonkers, New York. Larkin Plaza is a total of 585,000 square feet split between two towers, which include 25 stories of residential units, 35,000 square feet of event space, and a parking garage that can accommodate 539 parked vehicles. 

This project consisted of installing a network and data system, an intercom system, an access control system, appliance wiring, CCTV, a security system, a fire alarm system, automatic transfer switches, and backup power and lighting systems.

587 Main Street

Lippolis Electric completed their work in June 2020 at this new 392,000 square foot building located at 587 Main Street Tower in New Rochelle, New York. 587 Main Street consists of 280 apartment units, 17,000 square feet of commercial space, and a parking garage that can accommodate 234 vehicles. 

Our team completed medium-voltage feeders, temporary and backup power and lighting systems, switchgear installation, mechanical systems power, a new fire alarm system, appliance wiring, lighting configuration and controls, lightning protection, and emergency power systems.
